Sorry friend, unfortunately I don't have plans for a ps vita port at the moment. But I'm glad you liked the game :)
This game is awesome, especially the combos!

I personally prefer characters that can sprint/run. The newer characters only have dash moves, which don't feel quite as good as the earlier ones that could run.

As for the cheat mode, having health and energy infinite at the same time isn't ideal, plus you still have to charge energy to max before it stops decreasing. It would be much better if health and energy were separated into two independent toggles (Infinite Health / Infinite Energy) that players can turn on or off individually.

Overall, you can really tell how much effort went into this, and it's definitely worth supporting! Unfortunately, PayPal isn't available in our country, so I can only offer my support in spirit.
Pretty awesome!

... but the Algorithmic Enemies (AE) needs some fixing.
- The first boss I was able to take out spamming the double run attack.
- The second boss, Ash, is extremely annoying combined with a limited time system. He doesn't stay on the field to attack so you have to wait for him to pop out from behind the scenes to chip away at him. It is a boring fight.
- Sometimes when grabbing enemies there do not seem to be any actions I can take as Blaze. I have to just stand there waiting for an enemy to attack to break out of the state.

That being said, the background art is AWESOME and the game is visually gorgeous. I am having a lot of fun otherwise. Well done.
This was a ton of fun! The character sprites are dead on and the music has wonderful FM synth goodness.

Areas to improve:
- the player characters I played Blitz (the 'O' is silent) and Moxxie feel a bit sluggish. When I think of the characters of Helluverse, I picture quick movements that would have chaining combos. For a demo though, I can forgive this.
- Gamepad support
- special attacks are a bit anemic. They just are not nearly as over the top as they should be. Again, demo, forgivable

There are plenty of nice touches, though. Blitzie's voice clips are a very nice touch. Seeing the characters brought to life this was a treat.

There is an updated version of this game in full. See Helluva Brawl 2.11 for the full, current experience.
I remember when I was 13 and saw the first game for the first time. We couldn't get enough of it; I still recall those streets, the second level, and the third level—the beach—from my childhood. A friend had the console, and we played the game constantly. Then we got our hands on the third installment; I still remember how, during school break, we’d plan to play first thing in the morning—but my friend would still be asleep, so I’d bang loudly on his door to wake him up. I loved Axel, and he loved Zan. It was unforgettable. Kratus is a wizard, and I’m giving this the highest rating because you couldn't possibly come up with anything better. The only thing I’d like to see is expanded locations. If it’s Level 3 of the third game—the construction site—then, for instance, you could create a section leading up to the site itself, using the sprites where the characters run onto the construction area as a reference. If it’s the docks, then create a water-themed stage right behind the fence where Shiva jumps out...
