Some time ago I moved all the engine downloads to Github. However, at the time I noticed several builds had their documentation in the download description and did not did not have a proper post in the Release Notes area. There would be a post, but it only said something like "see download for details".
End result is I had to keep those builds laying around in the downloads area so we'd have their documentation. Naturally this has been a source of lots of confusion when anyone (me included) went looking for said documentation in the places it should be.
This morning I finally got all the mess cleaned up.
This puts the scattered "missing" documentation for various legacy builds back with all the others. Hopefully that helps things a bit.

This morning I finally got all the mess cleaned up.
- The remaining engine downloads are deleted.
- Release notes copied into existing release note posts, replacing "see download".
- Release notes copied into existing legacy build release in github (contains builds 3769 - 3854)
This puts the scattered "missing" documentation for various legacy builds back with all the others. Hopefully that helps things a bit.
