It sounds like a good idea and from what i have seen you can make some nice sprites/graphics. But.. The thing here is that for the moment at least, all this sounds like it is still just an idea and you have not really started working on this. And from what i see, even the picture is not an in-game screenshot or something. So this topic should be moved to the "General Discussion" since it's not an W.I.P. yet.

The board says " in progress " and the game IS in progress. Why minding moving a topic there for a day or a week, then moving it again here ? Your concern would have been totally legit, imho, if this topic was posted on the " Completed " section.
It's on concept stage. Anyone who ignores the importance of the concept stage in game development... has little to no knowledge on how a game should be made. Sorry for my brutal opinion, but this how it is. Yes, it's only the idea, but the idea is the beginning of it all. This must be said.
A body requires an embryon to develop. It's not difficult to understand. This is like the embryon, at the moment.
Please don't act obstructionistically. If you have good ideas or suggestions, they're welcome, though (probably, not sure). Untill the moment I got something playable to show, please contain your urge, thanks.
Also, the title is part of a game and it will be featured on the game, so you're kinda wrong on that.

Don't get me wrong man, i'm not ignoring the importance of the concept stage of the development. And i will be more than happy to see this idea/game come to life. I just know what the rules are here in this forum to post something in the W.I.P. section. But hey, i just said what i know, the admins have the last word always anyway 

For now i don't have any suggestions but at least i can wish you good luck with this project

Okay, look, i think i was nice to you and i ignored that you were kinda insulting to me. I also ignored all of your "bla bla bla.." theories about what making games means and what "In Progress" means. I also tried to make clear that  i don't have any bad intentions about your project or you.

Now if you still wanna keep this rude /"i know everything" attitude, then do so. You clearly can't or don't want to understand certain things and that's your problem. I don't have to give you a link or a prove of anything, and i will not waste any more words or time for someone like you  :-X

when and where exactly  have I been insulting?! :O I don't think so. I just pointed out the obvious: you talk about some rules which are not written, how can be this insulting to you? Please stop. Just wait for more updates of the project, that's all.  Please don't be passive-aggressive, you started giving compliments but then you claimed something not true and now, after hijacking the topic for a while, you're hating without reason... I'm speechless, I didn't know I looked so arrogant just by saying something obvious. :O

I really hope next comments will be about something different than another reasonless flamewar.

Knock it off, both of you. One more off topic response (including to me) and I'll lock this thread and possibly put a mute on everyone involved.

There actually isn't a specific rule or criteria about how much you need done to post something to the In Progress boards. I'm fairly lenient about it in fact, until I see someone is just spamming up the place or posting inappropriate material. What I am NOT lenient about is members of the community taking themselves too seriously, sniping at each other and engaging in pointless round robin arguments.

Look guys, i just have seen many times such topics getting moved to the General Discussion board and i thought it would be good for the forum to poit it out. And that’s all. I did not have any bad intention or faith for this project or less respect for it and it’s author. And for sure i did not wanted to argue here about anything since i have better things to do instead. So there is that.

Darn it magggas, when I say something I mean it. I don't care why it started, I told both of you to stop - and specifically not to argue with me over it. I don't want to be a jerk, but if I give a warning and don't back it up, why would anyone ever follow the rules? One of which happens to be no vigilante moderation.
