Matman, you missed the point here. When the author says that is Open Source, is "free to use". The "use" is the "fair use" that we all make with those resources for our games, "fan art" games. Plus, since I know the author since long time, he means that he doesn't wants any credits for that.

If we get strictly the meaning of OPEN SOURCE, then almost EVERY OpenBOR mod is illegal too. Even our ROMS are illegal too.

So, sorry, but lets not start this tedius conversation, can we?
