My account Gentle Mouse was banned. This was an accidental mistake. I used translation software and accidentally posted Chinese text without knowing the forum only allows English. I never meant to violate any rules.
I only come to this forum to download OpenBOR mods for personal use, I have never spammed or posted inappropriate content.
I promise all my future posts will be fully English if you lift my ban. I will be more careful next time. Please give me a chance, thank you very much.

Your account was not banned for non-English. While we do require English here, most likely the account were flagged as spam by automated filters. I will unlock your Gentle Mouse account and merge @gggoiii with it.

Done. Ban lifted, and accounts merged to @Gentle mouse. On further review, I see the problem. You used a very obviously fake or generated email account for registration. That's always going to get you flagged as a spammer. I highly suggest you replace it with a real one. We do not distribute user email accounts and do not send unsolicited mail. Emails are strictly for account issues and forum alerts - like when someone sends a private message or tags you - and you may turn those off at will.
