It was meant to be worked on free collaboration but somehow it stopped.
I reuploaded it for others to play.

This demo has many heroes with his/her own moves so read movelist.txt for guide.

I made some other characters for it. I didn't know how to use the weapon script to they have their own weapons.

The first is John Morris from CV Bloodlines. He still needs a voice and doesn't swing. I'll add the voices later, but I just could not get the swinging to work properly Sorry guys. :(

The second is Ray from Contra Hard Corps. He Functions like a Like a CV Character.
He only fires Forward, Backward, and up. Shooting Upwards looks funny sometimes because he only looks up when you're shooting, but It works. :)

The third is Lena From Super Valis. I gave her some extra animations, but she still needs and UP+A2 move. She is fully voiced though. She also needs her own dedicated subweapon.

Oh its a colaborative work? I have an edited chraracter from Castlevania of Nintendo 64 that was done to my BSC mugen project. I can contribute if you want

I've always wanted to make a game about Julius Belmont and his fight against Dracula since that was never shown. Just never got around to it, this could be useful for then. So thanks guys.

I think I'm I'm good making character and sprite edits primarily. I release them here in this thread as I make them. I remember there was someone making a mugen game called Battle Stormer Classics. It got me thinking about adding non-CV characters to  the setting. Got me all inspired and what not. There's no real story so why not? :D
When I make more I'll add them here.

Anyways, let's add those new title, select screen and logo.

@Vycks: I'll check those characters and update them. Every hero using in game weapon system has special function to call the subweapon.
 
I'm glad you posted this project Blood, I never got around to downloading it on Lavalit. I have been waiting for a new Castelvania game to play, Thanks.

I think that aside of giving models.txt instruction, you need to give movelist for the new chars too. Ray, especially, have extra moves with his gun.

Is Lena missing freespecial6?
Does Lena has long name? almost everyone is registered with long names and she's the only one without (with Blitz too).

Anyways, forgot about that missing freespecial6, I have updated Ray, Lena and John Morris to make use of in game's subweapon system. For Ray, he can't toss subweapon mid air since he can't toss bombs mid air too.
It's attached below.

John's spinning whip is cool but too bad he got pushed back if his whip hits something. This
drops the effectiveness of this move. It's best not to have this effect like Nathan and Juste.
Oh yes, this move would look cooler if another frame is added to smoothen his whip spin.

I have replaced logo etc with Ilu's images above. Now on to fonts.
That reminds me of Die in fire's contribution which I forgot to add.

I have custom make some new moves for Lena. I'm not sure If she has a last name.
As far as move lists...?
Everyone can Double Jump.
Everyone can has a move for SLIDE.
Everyone can backdash with ATTACKDOWN. ( D, D)
Everyone can attack upwards by pressing either A or A2 while Holding UP.
I kept it pretty simple. Everyone has at least one hidden CANCEL move.

John's spinning whip is only meant to give him some breathing room as he has the shortest backdash. He is also slower than the others. It's his version of blocking, Except that you have to repeatedly press the button to keep it going. Since he gets pushed back you can't spam it. :) He does need an extra frame for it though.
He also has a nice looking (but kind of useless :() Superman punch hidden in a CANCEL.

Concerning fonts, Do you want to use the CV3 one?

And if we can add some non-CV chars, I would like to make one too. The graphics fits perfectly and its a very known SNES game.

BTW are you talking about Demon's Crest?

Been wondering on how to make such spell and after some trial n error, those are the result. Unlike original Stone Circle, the stones can be shot forward (like Woodman's Leaf Shield).
It's not 100% stable currently, there are couple bugs I need to fix.
