Complete Double Dragon GOLD Crashes at startup

Hey guys. Would love to play this amazing looking game but it crashes before it starts. Can someone tell me what build this works with? Please and Thank you :D
 
Hey thanks for the reply Bloodbane but im not sure what you were trying to show me lol. I know how OpenBor works (kinda) and i tried running the game in the two latest builds to no avail. Do i need to paxplode it or something?
