HOW DO I RESET INPUTS!!!

So i screwed up by setting gamepad inputs in Fighting Streets then accidentally disabling gamepad....so now i dont have anyway to play the game at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it keeps the same inputs as i had before and i cant find where it would be in the program folder. Does anyone know where i would find the inputs or just how to reset it?

delete the system settings save file in the folder. settings.sav if i remember correctly

I dont see it in the program folder
