How to change the time zone?

AFAIK its not possible. Its based on the forum GMT, not the user GMT zone.
kimono: Profile -> Modify Profile -> Look & Layout -> Time Offset.
This will change your local time and how the forum displays some time values to you. Naturally as far as the forum is concerned is concerned, the "real" time of events is always tied to the server.
As for the server time, that's a little more complex. The forum is physically hosted in Utah USA (GMT -7), but has a global +2 offset to place it in GMT -5 (Eastern Standard Time) where I live. Unfortunately my server host observes Daylight Savings Time, meaning for part of the year (like right now) the forum is actually GMT -4.
