The roaster is huge (praise the Lord for that) and it might be a little annoying to seach among all the options and make up your mind.

How about a "fighting games"-like selection screen, like the "Sega Brawlers MegaMix" mod (by DJ Freak The Iguana):

Almost In the same style of that cursor trick in mugen. Look into my mod (you have a beta, no?), I load an entity to show the bios.
you can load an entity with the small portraits.

For add the unlockables, if they always are unlockabled in the same order, you just need to, on those chars, to load a different entity with new small portraits.

yes, you can change. Somebody posted about it some time ago, I just can't find the topic.

btw, I think you should change the defautl fonts to something different.

after lock (i just cant lock it) i will code cursor with ilu bios scripts.
 
you will not be able to move cursor up/down, it still pallet change, cursor will be only left/right,
ex: if you are at hulk and press right, you go to vision. if you are at the thing and press left you go to psylocke.

im tinking about do she-hulk and quicksilver, i found easy bases.

The unavailable chars (unlocked during game play) will be displayed in greyscale or something like this?

Won't you use the current She-Hulk sprites? I think Divada (from Weapow Lord) could be a good base for her too, the problem is to remove her strips and weapow...

Can you tell us more about the sumons? Dr. Strange is there, right?
 
yea, grey scale, but i will do it only after final roster be there, to not re-do it several times.

current she-hulk have somes mistakes, base will be same, but i restarted to edit her with correct colors.

didnt started summons yet, but they should attack simillar to moon bike at last video, dr.stangre and silver surfer will be there.
