Where do I begin?
I tried playing the game, but unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. The game is full of problems:
- The characters' jump is very slow, which leaves them floating for a long time. It's very strange to see a dwarf, who is usually heavy, floating like that.
- Maybe I've gotten used to fan games, but this game has very slow gameplay, making the game quite tedious.
- I tested the first level using a gamepad (SN30Pro 8BitDo) and it worked. When I went to play again to record a video, it insisted there was a second player. After restarting the game several times, it even worked with a single player, but I couldn't skip any cutscenes, only using the mouse (something I managed to do the first time).
- If you are on the selection screen and return to the main menu, the selection screen music continues to play while the title screen music starts playing along with it, it's a mess.
- I was playing as the dwarf and, out of nowhere when starting the swamp level, my character changed. I had already played this level with the dwarf before recording the video and it had worked.
For me, during the cemetery level, when you go down the stairs at the end and fight some skeletons... the level simply stops, unfinished graphics appear and you get stuck in the game.
I like the pixel art and some of the ideas, but unfortunately the game is very raw and has several problems, even for a demo.
