hi! I play BOR games through a launcher added in steam. I need to launch games through steam because i use a steam controller.

This game crashes almost at launch, probably due to the protection. Perhaps take a look?

The demo is available only for windows. You can use controllers, just need to configure them at options first.
Also, the game is standalone and must be run using the executable provided with it. You can't throw it into a folder with other games.

for the steam controller to work, the steam overlay needs to be hooked to whatever game/executable the game has. Without the hook, the SC doesn't work.

I'm running every other BOR game that exists with this method, and no, there aren't other games in the folder, it's just one game per folder in my setup.

And that is the problem: this is not a normal OpenBOR game, it's a protected one. We will keep it like this until we release the final version.
It very rare cases, it won't work on some systems, but there is nothing I can do about it.

I downloaded the demo to use with WinLator, but the screen stays black. Any solutions? I'm using a Retroid Pocket 5.

The demo is exclusive for windows, but people managed to play it using both exagear or winlator (more the second).
one of my followers was able to run it exactly on Retroid Pocket 5
