what tools do you use for bor modding?

So are you beginning to create a(n) BOR/OpenBOR mod of your own? :) If so, good luck.

I can add the list of the tools I use for creating my own projects (I'm pretty sure many people, I believe, especially joining this site, use OpenBORStats):

- GIMP (latest version; before, I used a 5-year-old version after I got it from a computer instructor)
- OpenBORStats
- MS Paint (mostly for spriting)
- PalApply
- MCM (for characters)
- Fighter Factory (for sounds)

I do all from scratch.
Almost.

My real problems are more coding problems/scripts...
And for it there is no way to make the work easier. :)

Corel Paint Shop Pro X - all image editing
TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress - make resampled sound effects
Easy CD-DA Extractor - ogg audio
Notepad - all coding
Borpak.exe - extracting and packing .pak files
PNGGauntlet-3.1.2 - compressing .png files
Ulead Gif Animator 5.1 - making animated gif's (if anyone can recomend a better program i would appreciate it)

and you need a mod to edit for your mod

I forgot to mention the other ones I use for modding.

- Audacity (mostly converting songs to .ogg files which I only know, but using the rate for ogg is what I don't know. I mess up with ogg files and they are fine. :))
- Goldwave (I'm new to using it and before, I used Xilisoft and it went great until one of the files went missing so I don't convert sounds and music from it anymore. :( I wonder if there's the latest version of Xilisoft.)
- Jasc Animation Shop 3 (for animation)
- Notepad ++ (gonna be useful for OpenBOR scripts :))
- Notepad
- Wav2Bor/OpenWav2Bor
